Job Role: CEO
Formed The Business: 2010
I’m the CEO of Maid to Help Cleaning, a business I originally started as a backup plan and quickly realised I had a natural talent and passion for building. What began as a small side venture has grown into a trusted cleaning service provider, built on consistency, reliability, and genuine care for the people we serve.
At the core of everything I do is a simple mission: to empower businesses and individuals with high-quality, dependable cleaning services that make life easier. I believe clean, organised spaces create positive energy and when your environment feels better, you perform better.
Over the years, my biggest achievements have been growing the business steadily, leading and developing a committed team, expanding our client base, and building a reputation that’s earned through hard work rather than shortcuts.
I solve a very real problem for businesses: removing the stress of cleaning and hygiene so they can focus on what they do best. From professional presentation to reliability and peace of mind, we take care of the details that often get overlooked but matter most.
I want people to see me as driven but down-to-earth, someone who values trust, effort, and long-term relationships. This business wasn’t built by chance it was built through commitment, resilience, and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.
Maid For Help exists because I understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle work, life, and responsibility. Our role is to give people time back, reduce pressure, and deliver a service they can rely on every single time.
One thing most people don’t know about me. I used to be a professional dancer proof that discipline, rhythm, and hard work translate well into business too.

Job Role: COO
Joined The Business: 2024
I’m a multi-business entrepreneur, consultant, and founder operating across Facilities Management, Hospitality, Entertainment, Training, and Coaching. I specialise in taking businesses from concept to scale building strong teams, solid systems, and high-performance cultures that deliver real results.
Over the years I’ve built, led, and supported multiple ventures including Apollo Business Coaching & Training, Apollo Entertainment Productions, SR Hospitality, and a wider group of companies under the Apollo & Total Group umbrellas.
My experience spans sales and leadership development, operational turnarounds, commercial strategy, organisational restructuring, and producing national entertainment tours.
Bright FM – Founded, Scaled, and Sold
Before joining Maid to Help, I founded and scaled Bright FM, developing it into a respected service provider before successfully selling the business. That journey shaped my understanding of operational structure, growth, and the importance of strong leadership.
COO – Maid to Help
After selling Bright FM, I joined Maid to Help as Chief Operating Officer, taking responsibility for the company’s national expansion plans, international growth strategy, operational structure, and leadership development.
My role focused on strengthening systems, raising standards, building high-performing teams, and preparing the organisation for long-term scalable growth in both commercial cleaning and wider FM services.
At the centre of everything I do is a simple mission:
build exceptional businesses, develop exceptional people, and create opportunities that matter.
I’m direct, solutions-driven and hands-on the type of leader who believes in getting things done properly and building companies with real foundations.
Outside of business, I’m a proud dad of four, and they’re the driving force behind everything I do. They’re the motivation, the grounding, and the reminder of why hard work and legacy matter.
I’m also a massive Elvis Presley fan (the King forever), and unapologetically a Spice Girls fan because energy, nostalgia and great music never go out of style.
My journey hasn’t been a straight line it’s been full of setbacks, lessons, rebuilds and wins but it’s made me a resilient, honest, forward-thinking leader who’s committed to helping others grow in both business and life.

Job Role: Contracts Manager – Construction
Joined The Business: November 2023
As Contracts Manager, my mission is simple: to deliver a service we can be proud of. I set high standards, support our teams, and make sure work is done right the first time. I believe in listening to people, solving problems with a practical mindset, and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working so our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
My biggest career achievement has been working my way up from the ground. I started by sweeping floors, learning the importance of hard work, pride, and attention to detail. Those early lessons shaped who I am as a leader today someone who understands the job from every angle and can guide teams with real experience behind me.
In the business, I’m the person who gets things done. Whether it means rolling up my sleeves or driving new processes, I make sure the outcome meets the highest standard. If something needs doing, I won’t ask anyone to do what I’m not willing to do myself.
I want people who read my bio to understand that I’m hands-on, dependable, and committed to delivering quality without cutting corners. My journey has taught me the value of doing things properly, and that’s the approach I bring to every project.
Maid to Help became the place I wanted to build my career because they gave me an opportunity when I needed it most. From day one, I felt part of a team that values hard work and high standards principles that align perfectly with my own.
And one thing most people don’t know about me?
The Wizard of Oz is my favourite film of all time.

Job Role: Operations Manager
Joined The Business: 2024
As Operations Manager, I am driven by a clear mission: to deliver reliable, innovative, sustainable, and high-quality services through structured processes, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement. With a strong engineering background and a passion for operational excellence, I focus on integrating efficiency, artificial intelligence, and sustainable practices into our daily operations — ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations while supporting long-term Net Zero goals.
Throughout my career, I have achieved several significant milestones. These include earning a Gold Medal in Mechanical Engineering, completing a master’s degree in Advanced Design & Manufacturing in the UK, and working with multinational organisations such as NextAgeConsultancy, BridgeBlue Internationals, Unilever, Chenab Engineering Works, CEW&F, and KFUEIT. At Maid to Help, I have successfully overseen operations across more than 85 commercial sites nationwide and led the development of organisational frameworks for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and CHAS accreditation.
One of the most impactful accomplishments in my technical journey has been contributing to the design and development of an AI-based ultra-portable mechanical ventilator with real-time vitals monitoring, created in collaboration with MIT, USA — a project that reinforced my skills in innovation, problem-solving, and precision engineering. I have also been instrumental in embedding sustainable, eco-responsible operational practices that support the UK’s Net Zero strategy.
In my role, I apply an engineer’s structured and analytical approach to resolving operational challenges. I focus on identifying root causes, optimising systems, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all sites. My work spans staffing, recruitment, scheduling, Health & Safety, compliance, audits, and overall performance management — always with the goal of strengthening the organisation’s reliability and long-term sustainability.
Above all, I want people to see me as a committed and dependable leader who brings logic, structure, innovation, and care to everything I do. My international experience and engineering foundation shape how I approach challenges: with precision, forward thinking, and a genuine investment in the success of the company and its clients.
